    Dr. Mandell, I have been eating a banana every day for the potassium. Now with my changed eating habits, I eat everything you mentioned except turkey, ,which I do not like, but I still have loads of anxieties, and cannot sleep more hours, which I need. I will try
    Peppermint tea and tart cherries, and see if I can see improvement. Thank you for continuing your purpose, to make us all, healthier.
