back in the early 80s there was a guy who used to come to our dealership from juarez ( i was in las cruces new mexico) that had his old wagon filled up with coolers full of water and different kinds of burritos. i still remember how delicious those were.

Whenever I visit family in Chihuahua I make my family stop in Villa Ahumada cause if we don’t stop then there is no point in me going down there. Best burritos (especially los de chile colorado), asadero, and salsa that you are ever going to taste!!!

Whenever I visit my hometown of El Paso I go to La Gorda! Truly authentic cuisine. Rafa’s is incredible, too. Like eating breakfast at my late mother’s house.

Love "All the Tacos". In this espisode they translated guisados as casseroles. It seems an odd choice when stew seems like a more natural fit. But I am still trying to imagine what casserole I would most want wrapped in a freshly made flour tortilla.
