Cici is never broken to be honest. She was perma banned for the first 4 days but then completely left forgotten after people saw how easy to counter her was. She really stuggle against most EXP laners, and heroes with displacement skills ruins her badly. Also I feel really bad for that Nana, if I were on that player's shoes I would already troll or just never helped him. She actually made great plays, Aamon is the one that's actually really greedy.

She didn't get any nerf, but during her first release on advance server, her 1st skill's range was like an mm basic attack range

Cici really need to be left unchecked to work. As a exp main, she really struggles against borg, ruby, arlott, paq in laning.having a fred, vexana, valir in opponent kinda cripples her

Cici is so balanced that she was neither nerfed nor buffed in og server lol (from my knowledge of reading through patch notes)

One of my teammate (Gord) died after being ganked by a Dyrroth. He blamed our Lesley for not using her ulti to scan the area. I told him “It’s always someone else’s fault eh?” and he asked if I was duo with the Lesley. I told him “Do we have to be to defend one another?”. Cici is very deadly when left uncheck, also at early and on 1v1 scenarios

Happens all the time. You get a good early game, then slowly the enemy makes a gold comeback, but my team didn't notice because our KDA is still higher than them. I keep reminding them about our gold differences getting closer until it's too late and enemy already got the gold advantage, and then the game always gets extremely difficult when we could have snowballed it to end the game early. I can see the pattern clearly, but I don't know how to stop it 😢

Ult: Tangles a target hero and nearby hero together, making them unable to separate far from each other. Ngl i dont understand why people are saying cici was op. As someone to mained cici when she came out and played against a ton of cici without even trying to counter her. She really isnt op. Its all dependent on the player. Sure she can burst you down but thats only if your slow enough to let that happen. She just needs any stun to ruin her. Her tanky build isnt even good against any of the mm either. No matter what you build. If anything was barley above average at release now shes below average with a small nerf. And could really use a buff. Like not canceling her first skill from every stun. Make it like odette busted uilt
