    I have severe bladder pain syndrome and my stress is from almost constant pain and having to pee 25-30 times per day. I have tried every type of treatment, including narcotics. I have not tried the pelvic floor exercises and after listening you, that will be my next step. I am almost totally incapacitated most of the time. Thank you for your information.
