To be fair, Portal 2 has a level maker built into the game, I can't really see why a 3D Mario Maker wouldn't be possible for those who went "3D Mario Maker? Nah, not possible, look at what they did with the 3D World style" But also, I do understand why it probably isn't possible due to possible hardware limits, since it's probably going to release on the Switch or a system similar to the Switch. Hypothetically speaking of course. Edit : Sees the "Runs of a real N64" thing WELL NEVERMIND

It is hard to process it took the world 27 years to dissect this game enough to make it into a sandbox :D Only thing missing is the Pikachu skin for my Switch to be back to the release I enjoyed.

This is essentially what I imagined when they announced the mario 3D world mode in Mario Maker 2. I was kinda dissapointed to see it was just 2D.
