I'm curious if those are forget-me-nots, the blue flowers that is and if it's symbolic with the faces being blurred over. Like possibly Reimu is forgetting who they are or while they buried her with forget me nots so that they can always remember her. Either way very interesting symbolism all throughout the video. For those curious I believe forget-me-nots have the meaning of "The memories of the departed shall stay in the family’s hearts forever."

Oh wow, that really got me. That was so well done. Especially the quiet, understated voice work. It's so rare to hear whispers in animation even though they can be used to such great effect.
