Jessica talking to Rupert and letting him know what is happening so that he won't be confused or scared made my heart grow three sizes today! I have zero desire to have kids of my own, but I love seeing parents and children who have such beautiful relationships!
-
Still can’t over how big he is getting seems like yesterday since u announced u where having a baby seeing u interact with him is so so so so adorable

Jessica's vintage style looks so classy. She's the most sophisticated looking mum I've ever seen.
-
You should get a grabber thing so you can reach down or up without having to bend too far. I reinjured myself about a month ago bending too far down.

1. Rupert is absolutely adorable. I love that we don’t even need to see his whole face to know that! 2. Your commentary during the makeup was hilarious and I loved it. 3. You should do another collab with Wheelsnoheels now that you’ve both experienced being disabled mums! I’d love to hear you two discuss it together.

You do KNOW what you do for so many of us? Every time you say "Scoliosis" I tear up and are happy because I love you so much (and your family), and I have "Scoliosis". And EDS, and Arthritis, and I have a happy family also. This week my husband took off work (he has been working from home), but every day we took a small walk some where near home. We looked at the leaves changing, and ate food we like, and it was just the two of us. But the two of us focused on each other. It was possibly the best vacation we've ever had in over 40 years of marriage....because it's about being together. Even with all the pain and scoliosis!

As someone with no human babies, it always amazes me how people adapt to becoming parents! I’m glad you and Claudia are enjoying this time with baby!

I live with chronic pain and learning that wet wipe baths were not embarrassing and actually help me stay clean on my worst day and was nice to let go of the guilt of it! Don't feel guilty if you have to use wet wipes to stay clean.
-
Thank you for the nappy wipe wash shout out. Showers are such a spoon burner. If I showered every day, I'd have nothing left to do any thing else! Especially in the winter. It's nice to know I'm not the only one

This felt like i was sitting on the floor or looking over my mom's shoulder when i was a kid, watching her methodically put herself together before work It was nostalgic!
-
glad to see you back and your actual back doing a whole lot better!

Thank you for the pep talk about struggling with bathing. As someone with chronic pain and depression, I have weeks where I only bathe once and have such guilt about it. Your words about being kind to ourselves about these things really helped.

0:53- my grandma had a similar problem of not being able to fully bend down to pick things up after her cancer was removed followed by a serious amount of chemo therapy. She used what the litter pickers use to pick up litter, like this weird grabby thing. Surprisingly it was very good and could even manage to pick up some heavier stuff or awkward shaped stuff, it could be helpful for you too for the days when touching the floor is not doable.

Love seeing Jessica do sponsorships because that means she's getting paid $$ <3

As someone who had to deal with a massive injury, Isn't it great when you can do the small things!? Like, being able to go up and down the stairs is a big thing. but being able to clean yourself? being able to accomplish those little rituals you may have taken for granted? Ugh! it's all amazing. Glad you're feeling better Jessica.

Wet wipes are a life saver when it is too painful to shower or have a bath.
-
I love that your face routine is relatively simple.

Loved this video! Gave me nostalgic feels for your “morning routine” videos from a few years ago. Some things are the same— waking up early, making Claud her tea, feeding the dogs (“Wait….”)— and some lovely things are new, like Rupert! Thanks for letting us in to your life— your videos have always helped me feel less alone 💖✨

If anyone is looking for more options for body wipes, there are different brands that market to Beauty, Health Care, and even Camping. My parents just got back from a giant trip visiting the US National Parks, and their camping supply store had plenty of giant body wipes for their trip.

I love seeing you doing mom things. It almost makes me tear up, it makes me so happy to see you so happy. So glad you're feeling better!
