Geto didnt say he marked two people, he said he marked two types of people, non sorcerers that have techniques but they don't have the mind of a sorcerer and people like Yuji who swallowed curse objects, he marked a 1000 of these people.

Fun Fact: When JJK 0 was originally published in shonen jump it was called Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School and it was just a short story. It was received very well which prompted Gege to create Jujutsu Kaisen. Once JJK was being serialized as a manga, Gege changed the name of TMCTS to JJK 0 and tied the characters and story in as a prologue. One of the reasons why Yuta gives off main character energy!
