  • The entire repair process was very well explained, the video captured the how to ID and remove the bolts/nuts/arm. Outstanding, informative, Relevant, Knowledgeable. This guy is a Rock Star !!!!!!!!!!
  • Great video, very informative. To viewers, the part he replaced is called an "Upper Control Arm" and sometimes referred to as a "Camber Link." Just be sure to mention "Upper" and "Adjustable " when you purchase. O'Reilly's part # is PRE 2CB25213 Precision is the manufacturer

Great job! I know having a roadworthy test can be a pain in the ass sometimes but at least it forces people to fix these kinds of issues or keeps them off the roads so I'm glad we have it.
  • @paulnandico2370
Thanks for the point about the wheel needing to be on the ground to make the adjustment. I wondered how you could do that, so appreciate the input.

A great job when I do a job on the suspension in the uk I always put anti-seize lub on if ever it has to come back off it's easier.
  • Also, he forgot to mention that you want to extend both ends the same number of turns. Ideally, when all the way in or out, both nuts/bolts will touch, or extend exactly.
  • @fleabitis
YouTube can still prove useful! And yours was a powerfully useful, no nonsense, right straight to work, git-r-done video. thanks!
  • @jdoucetteguitar
That was a great tutorial. Thanks! I feel confident that i can do this procedure.
  • This is the most informal...informational video I've found on this subject lol. No seriously, it's fun to watch and you made it make sense. Thanks bro
  • @austint8748
Exact video for the exact problem. Thank you
  • @TheAutoTech
Nice to see you at least got the alignment close! Some of the cars I have to align I wonder how they even drove them to the shop 😂
  • @Captionmarvelous
Cool very cool, I'll put that in my head socket and store it for if & when I need it. Many Thanks!
  • @lboogs1392
My tire is doing the exact same thing...I was searching and searching and searching for a video on to why it was doing it and found yours 😁 thanks man
  • @mpadil
Also keep in mind that if the shocks or struts are worn out that 90*degree angle will be off. A lot of people over look that part of the cars suspension is the culprit for bad tire wear.

Had this problem with a jaguar XJ8 x308. Tbh, the whole suspension front and back needed some TLC. Nice work.

Great commentary and a good catch at the end for the adjustment. Your on the ball.
