She was super sweet and she was stressed because she really cared and wanted to do a good job. I'd try not to rush her next time and see what she can do with the time she needs. Technique can be improved, but kindness and care cannot be purchased :) And sometimes you have very bad customer attention is super expensive saloon

Aww she’s a total sweetheart tho. I appreciate her honesty!! Instead of trying to play it off! You should get her to do your brows thinner brows are coming back in style! Not as thin as before! Definitely overpriced but I wouldn’t hate to see her do a natural look!

"I guess the hood is hidden now" 🤣. Also, am I wrong or you said that you didn't want a full one colour eye and that you liked the pink eyeshadow? Anyway, I like this new more "confrontational" Julia: asking questions, challenging the MUA, making requests., rushing them on after they've been working on your fave for a whole hour! It's hilarious to see how the MUA reacts.

I felt a bit sorry for her because she actually cared about her work ...I noticed her hand shock abit ... I actually liked the eyeshadow if it was for a party 😍 but £70 pounds is ridiculous

Uhm I don’t get the comments about giving the MUA MORE TIME??? I can do this look in 20 minutes so an hour and a half Julia should not be giving clown vibes. Julia always seems so kind and patient ❤

I've never known you ask to change the colours etc that they want to use. Id of liked to have seen the look with the colours/makeup she chose but im guessing you didnt want to walk around so blue 😂 Maybe go again and give her the extra time and see the look she wanted to do. She was a nice polite lady & very nervous & definitely wanted more time but was very expensive 😮 x
