He is the greatest comedian of this generation. I don’t care about the recent trouble he’s gotten into, all he did was ask for consent. I really hope he makes a huge comeback

I have not listened to Stern in decades. Robin is really good at knowing when to chime in.

Highly recommend listening to Louis on Opie and Anthony as well. He had some amazing appearances.
  • One of the best louis ck interviews I've seen. Howard Stern is much more talented than I originally gave him credit for.
  • This interview is just so damn entertaining. Howard and Louie’s personalities are so complimentary of one another.
  • The mid to late 90s E! Entertainment Howard Stern was the First Original Podcasts ever. Howard on TV was AMAZING to watch for a coming to age teenager in the late 90s.
  • Idea for a drinking game - take a shot every time Stern interrupts an answer to a question he just asked.

I really wanna give him 5$ but I dont want him to buy another boat
  • This interview led me to become an Opie and Anthony fan, and this is the first time I’ve listened to it since I started listening to OnA, I forgot how great of an interviewer Howard was here.
  • Inverviewers who ask questions then interrupt the answers break the flow of the interview. Louis CK is an interesting person and a great story teller. The audience would probably prefer to hear him finish his sentences.

1:01:27 "arguably yeah, I guess". I just know he was holding back pure happiness after hearing that from H.S. Louie's an absolute hero, god bless him man❤
  • 1:00:22 Best mailing list to be on every. This occasional rare mail drops in, and it's hilarious.

I don't know how it happened but I stumbled back on to Howard Stern recently and I can't get enough. I remember watching on E!, really late at night with a buddy of mine back when we were kids in the 90s. And of course the amazing movie that is Private Parts. We used to listen to the Howard Stern show before and after he went to XM/Sirius on the 20 minute drive to school every day, throughout that excellent "golden age" of radio with O&A and all that, very early 2000s. He really broke the whole concept of what it meant to run a radio show. It'll be a very, very weird thing when Howard Stern retires from radio. Anyway, Louie is also the greatest comedian of his time and from watching random Stern interviews as well as Louie comedy and clips, I have arrived here. Can't wait to see this.

Has the first Louis CK appearance been scrubbed from the internet? He's on to promote Lucky Louie (so around 2006) damn good appearance

This has to be the coolest interview I've ever seen.
