2 things of notice: The ump let the manager vent and didn't throw him out because he knew that he had a point. Also the manager for the Marlins is a lame duck, he could reasonably have a f-it attitude and not care, but he is still fired up about managing this team.

For context, āthe relieverā in question is Camilo Doval who was an All Star and the NL Saves Leader last season, might add to Skipās chagrin in those whole situation. I will also add Camilo leads the majors in pitch clock violations, so he didnāt need to worry, he was gonna do it to himself eventually.

Very similar to when Gabe Kapler made a 2nd mound visit in an inning and was forced to change pitchers, though the Phillies didn't have a pitcher warming up at all. They let the reliever warm up fully on the mound, as if there was an injury and Snitker got ejected immediately for complaining about it.
