Crazy driver hit me with his car.

I was just getting back to my car after shopping at Home Depot when I noticed this guy hitting other vehicles. I pulled my phone out to get license plate.
the guy seen me recording him, turns around and pulls up next to me.
I thought maybe he had a gun so I was focusing on his hands and didn't worry about the camera position... sorry. But what happens next I didn't see coming.
Called cops... they didnt really care about the fact I just got hit by some crazy dude in a car. They just told me they can't do anything because they can't see the guy's face....
