Good Will Hunting is my all-time favorite film.

The bride vs the crazy 88 is probably my favorite actions scenes ever. When she tilts backwards and cuts three guys at once, amazing.

Yes! Glad you liked the French Dispatch. I went to go see it twice in the theater bc I’m a Wes Anderson stan and also because it’s such a fast-moving, fast-talking movie with so much narration that I found myself slightly overwhelmed on the first watch, and was able to pick up on a lot of details on my second watch. It’s my favorite new release of the year so far! (until I see Licorice Pizza…which is likely the only movie this year that might overtake it as my fave)

Saw The French Dispatch at London Film Festival and as a surprise they brought Bill Murray out at the end! Couldn’t believe it!

“Good Will Hunting” introduced me to Elliott Smith, so it plays an outsized role in the development of my artistic tastes. From 12 to like 21 (1997-2006) I didn’t really listen to anything else.Have you watched his Oscar’s performance? It’s pretty wild he was nominated against “My Heart Will Go On”. Obviously didn’t have a chance at the trophy, but it definitely holds up better.
