    This is truly the best ever ❤ I needed to go to ER because of cramp in my ileocecal valve. It was terrible and my vagus nerve was in full cramp also . The couldn’t do anything else than give me painkillers intravenously. I found this meditation today and my whole left side cramp released 🙏💜 I’m so grateful 😇 🇸🇪
