As someone who has lived in Milan for almost a decade, this video was a brilliant watch. The video editor and his skills are top notch, and Malini also has a super nice way of explaining stuff.

little explanation: FIOR DI LATTE means 'the best of milk', as FIORE (flower) is a word used in Italian language, to qualify 'the best', 'the most whealthy', 'the high tier' part of something. Mozzarella “fior di latte” first took that name (“bufala” is another kind of mozzarella, for example), and then the plain flavor of gelato (just milk) got the same, but their flavors are not related!!! They're just both made of milk.

Re ice cream: fiordilatte actually means "the best part of milk", which can indeed be turned into mozzarella, but also ice cream, so not necessarily cheese 😊.
