    It is petty that civilians are not allowed to use blue lights if they come with the car at manufacturing. The EU should really adjust that law and help obtain protective status certificates for those buying these cars and qualify for it to use these lights if it is necessary or when it is demanded by safety protocols. Like very rich people, shouldn't be standing in one place for too long for safety reasons. Of course, the certified guard on board who has a live firearm could be the only one to turn on the lights if he thinks it is safer for the client. And, not when the client or the preceded person feels like it or demands it.
