  • Since he's repeatedly declared in front of the Court that he's unable to control himself - and murdered two people in such a calculated manner, he should never be allowed to walk freely amongst the rest of us.
  • @freebird8163
He provoked himself when he planted that listening device. He searched out being provoked. My vote… GUILTY of first degree murder x2!!
  • @carlmorde7901
Double murder and he is still trying to justify his actions.
  • @annholt1087
Someone in the comments said that the prosecutor was nasty........are you for real. When are defendants entitled to be handled gently? He is accused of murdering two people, not a traffic infringement.
  • @AirQuotes848
Nobody has a right to murder defenseless people or abuse, then blame their horrible childhoods 😢
  • @nancyharris4256
If his gun was in a safe in the car why did he take it out and go inside with it. He intended to use it. Very arrogant man.
  • @verigabs
I experienced long term child abuse as a kid, got cheated on multiple times in active alcohol/ drug addiction as an adult, and never once thought that killing was the solution. Not once.
  • @Abena1709
"It was not if he was going to kill, it was when." This statement that the prosecutor made, THIS is what people who don't really understand relational domestic violence don't realise. Abusive men, once they get physically abusive, it's just a matter of time until they kill their girlfriend/wife. The idea that the woman leaving is all she has to do to remove herself from the abuse and the abuser is so, so ignorant. Most women who leave end up dead even some who plan their exit quietly. Without a strong and active support network, they don't stand a chance. If you don't understand domestic violence and the impact it has on the victim, keep your opinions to yourself. Victim blaming shows how ignorant people are and continue to be about DV.
  • Guilty,,, He went there, He pulled his gun, He shot and killed Ana & Ray. Period .
  • @dougstiehl3133
This guy is a very dangerous man. He will do this again if not convicted. Extreme danger to society.
  • Defense not only blames Ana for her own murder but their friends too. Disgusting!
  • @jmc8626
This is 1st degree murder...he had this plan all along..
  • @lilyflores813
Noone provoked him he is just a controlling monster he even hit his mother
  • The defense atty' s argument is nuts. She didn't stop loving him in a months time. Ali has a history of beating her, stalking her, recording her, controlling her. Meanwhile, he's having sex with a stripper. This man is a danger to society and should never be released from prison.
  • @piva1358
After all the alleged "child abuse" he became his father's son. Mysogenistic and chauvinistic
  • @nancysix1387
Classic narcissist . He had an excuse for everything! He is guilty of 1st degree premeditated murder
  • @dluelmo
Being coked out of your mind does not make you innocent.
