As a kid, Bobby Flay and Alton Brown had me glued to the TV. They inspired my love for cooking and to have now seen both on the show warms my heart. What a great episode. Love it!

Love him for shouting out Original Iron Chef, it was a near religious must watch for my family on SBS in Australia, the image of Takeshi Kaga passionately biting into a capsicum in the opening lives rent free in my head

God what i would give to have seen Anthony Bourdain on Hot Ones! They'd need 60 wings, not just to take him down, but to allow 10% of his stories. This is not said to take away from this episode. Great episode!
