Loving watching this, beautiful colours, can't wait to see the next video as I enjoy your previous one😊

I just love that ‘big shapes’ square one you did last time with the black fine squiggle in the middle. Looking forward to next instalment. I did Louise Fletcher’s Find your Joy course online which is similar to what you did in this video only I made a really good mistake! I gessoed the A1 sheet AFTER I taped it into 6 instead of before. I had no idea where the edges were so I really let go! I remember because I used similar colours to yours - Prussian blue and yellow ochre! Thanks for sharing, Jill R 🇬🇧
  • Love how you REALLY scrub the paint around with the brush. Are the bristles really stiff on that thing? The Shapers are so cool too for an entirely different look!! Thanks Michele! 😊👍

New at all this, so appreciative of the technical info you included

Thank you for another great and informative video! Can you explain the reasoning behind the pencil marks at the start? Do they show in the final piece or is it more about getting loose and breaking the page?
  • It looks like it would be easier if you taped your piece to the table.
