As usual, great information. Especially for people that can't get into an office setting. Great explanation for the future!
  • This is so valuable to know. I chose Phonak (on your advice) specifically for the possibility of needing remote/in-home service in the not-so-far-off future. Looking ahead, peace of mind.

In your Cochlear Implant Videos like the Nucleus 7 or Cochlear Implants for single sided deafness does the Ci stick to your head, do you have an Implant or how do you do that? 🥺

I have a pair of the latest Oticon Opn S hearing aids from the VA. Can these tests and or remote programming be performed on my set?
  • hi Doc a question : Do you know about new hearing aids comming next fall ??? thanks again for all your vids we just love them ... take care !!!
  • Another great video. So you are not doing in-office testing for new patients due to risks with the sound-proof room? Do you see any way around this? Also, I presume REM is not possible remote due to equipment requirements?
  • Do you provide remote services using the Phonak system? Looking on your website, I couldn't see anything about this. I live in Sydney, Australia. Cheers.

Can you talk about the Pass around from Phonak as well and the Touchscreen mic from Phonak❤️ I use one Touchscreen Mic at school and 5 pass around Microphones as well, but now we can only use my Five mics for only one Classmate each because auf the COVID-19 stuff, so I give them to the persons who I can’t understand but for that are five mics not enough because I can’t understand more than five classmates ❤️
  • Great video, as always, Great quality too. I am bringing some of your casts to my classroom this Fall. I don't recall having seen you have a sponsor before. I haven't watched all of them, though. So, if Phonak sponsors you, one would not discuss other manufacturers than Phonak. Do others do this? If you cannot leave your home, and you don't have Phonak, should they be buying something similar? Where and how much? Anyway, great video, as always!

Hi Dr. Cliff, It looks like the subtitles were missed on this video. The only captions I see available are the autocaptions.

I do have Phonak marvel M 90 and was wondering if you can set up in California and what would be the cost?
  • I wished I lived in Arizona so you could be my audiologist - I’m not really liking Miami’s audiologists
