    Great idea. It's basically a modular high-rise.

Wow! What an incredibly futuristic, architectural marvel this is. Really cool to learn more about the top-down approach and why. Making history! Cheers, Brittney
  • Omg this is amazing! Detroit and by extension Michigan had and still has some of the best minds and innovations into new technologies be it automotive industrial medical finance upcoming technology sector building/ architecture and so much more this state can offer Detroit was on track to be the United States 3rd largest city behind Chicago and of corse New York. Detroit lost its way but it’s never to late Detroit will be a powerhouse in the future, it will be the place that brings people from Chicago New York and even los angels. Keep it up! So much more work to be done to the city has a long way and so much potential.

" how much money are you saving on this 64 million dollar tower ? " uhhh..well, nobody is "movin on up" just yet so we won't really know until we sell all the residential units for a mere for *$2.5 million* apiece and the commercial leases will be able to offset the occasional cost of maintenance leaving us with mad bank ...
