● Dry red wine - 120 ml
● Basil
● Chopped tomatoes - 200 g
● Tagliatelle pasta - 250 g
● Parmesan
● Salt, Black Pepper
● Olive oil

● Chicken breast - 450 g (2 pieces)
● Mushrooms - 200 g
● Salt, black pepper
● Pasta Fettuccine - 250 g
● 3 cloves of garlic
● Heavy Cream - 450 ml
● Parmesan cheese - 70 g
● Parsley
● Olive oil, butter
● Olive oil - 3 tbsp
● Onion - 1 pc

Tips:
● If you omit parmesan cheese, add more salt
● If you don't use butter, you can replace it with olive oil

    1. For the Bolognese - no garlic and basil, that ragu needed to be cooked for AT LEAST 90 minutes on low heat, so the flavors mix up well together. If it gets too dry, add water.
    2. The chicken and mushroom recipe - that is a French recipe, Italians never use cream and the pure Italian recipe is mushroom pasta.
    3. The crabonarra looks good.

    Very nice video, all in all! Everything looks lovely and I am pretty sure they taste amazing!
