My dad passed away (it will be three weeks tomorrow) I went to see his body at the hospital , gather his things (my dad was my very best friend ) and while leaving the hospital it started to rain and this song came on and every lyric was so fitting . Now three weeks after his passing I’m having a rough day and all I want is my daddy, and this song comes on randomly . Definitely a special song for me .

I cry every time I listen this song. I would always play this song out loud when I walked my dog Whiskey. I'd play it on repeat on these walks, I loved it. Not long after listening to it a bunch, my dog got out at night and was hit by a car and didn't make it. So now every time I listen I can only think of the good memories of a best friend. Thanks for making this music, it makes me sad, but I can remember the good times.

This was my dad's favorite song and this was the last song he listened to before he died from cancer 1 year ago we visited his grave when it rained and singed it every time we visited❤ the rain is beautiful and I always listen to this song well my dad watches me from above

This song really has something special to it.. Like I can picture myself dancing with my baby in my arms in my home and I'm not even close to that yet but I can picture it so vividly it stirs these beautiful emotions in me... Music is a powerful thing, so glad I came accross this song, and if I'm blessed with a family I will for sure play and live this out in real life 💜

This song had given me some comfort. My childhood best friend Abraham,unfortunately, passed away last week. Whenever this song comes on, I go back to when we were teens and would go fishing or ride our longboards by the lake. The times he would make me cry of laughter or was there for me on the hardest days of my life. I'm glad this song can do that and make me ball my eyes out. It's hard to always hold it in.

Still in highschool and lost my friend group for the past three years recently. This resonates with me on such a deep level and I can't stop myself from thinking about how things were when we first met.
