If you want to hear the best of the best, I recommend the Sonos ARC…you will love every minute of it !

I'm definitely never going back to WIRED rear speakers. What a hassle! Sonos is a good brand, but I wouldn't buy a soundbar without a sub. Once you add that, the Sonos is pricy for ultimately pretty small speakers. I definitely wouldn't consider the Roku.. especially since I've got a smart TV already. I've been considering the JBL Bar 2.1 Deep Bass 300-Watt 2.1 Channel Soundbar with 6.5" Wireless Subwoofer for 300 Canadian. Great price, but ultimately I want a bigger upgrade. The JBL Bar 9.1 True Wireless Surround with Dolby Atmos is $1200 Canadian, which is way more than I paid for my TV. I'm not that big of a music snob to justify that kind of investment. They also have a 5.1 for $550. Way closer to the quality and cost I'd consider, but still a bit high for me.. and I wonder, if I'm gonna spend over $500, would I be better off buying Sony, or Sonos, or Polk, or one of these other brands instead? I dunno, I'm totally out of my element.
  • where is the Samsung Q990B? And the Sonos? This is not a real list of the best... Is it just a promoted video from these brands? Or what?

roku bar is a gimmick. i would recommend the TV speakers over the Roku bar. Sonos is a popular settle for soundbar. the vizio at least has a dedicated sub woofer. not having a dedicated sub woofer either means you dont care about the foundation of sound or means someone watched this video for gift ideas for soundbars. Bose, Sony, LG are the top 3 brands. Sonos is top 5 with Polk and Vizio flexing between spot #5. most samsung bars suck cause they have a hollow sound, so at least thank you for not including them on this list.
