Every version of Spider-Man have formed their own cinematic identity. It’s pretty hard to find one iteration of Spider-Man that is identical to another version. This is because every attempt at Spider-Man highlights different aspects of his character. Whether its his responsibility, ambition, desire, or even his potential for campy stories. Their hasn’t been a version of the Spider-Man that has checked every box when it comes to creating the “Perfect Interpretation” which is a good thing, because I think it helps keep the character fresh cinematically.

I strongly believe Danny Elfman's score for Rami's Spiderman trilogy helped define the movies as well. Music is vital!

I think Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man should get the chance he deserves to be honest.

The one thing I love about Spider Man is how each version is different from the other in there own ways. Everyone has there own pick on what Spidey they like the most, where that be the comic, movies, cartoons and even video games. Also I love seeing the diffrent takes on there world and the people they interact with. Everyone has there own unique vision and take on what they wanna do it and its just cool to see overall.

Speaking of Spider-Man in movies, I'm happy that Miguel O'Hara is getting more limelight recently in the general audience's mind. You could argue that the entire "anyone can wear the mask" moral message of Spider-Man truly started with him. He was among the first, probably the very first, non-Peter Parker Spider-Man variant in comics (there was Japanese Spider-Man before him first in live action, but I'd argue that the general audience weren't really introduced to him until much later), all the way back in 1992, long before Miles ever came into the picture. He was inspired by the late Peter Parker of his timeline, to uphold the legacy of Spider-Man, but at the same time, be his own Spider-Man different from the original. It's just like how the readers are inspired by Spider-Man to be a better version of themselves in real life.

The Amazing series is the interpretation of comic accurate Spider-Man. He is perfect 70s Spider-Man to modern day. You should've given him more respect

13:44 you had me in the first half, not gonna lie lol 💀 i was so confused for a minute there. Anyway, fantastic video! I always love a good Spidey essay/discussion with a thesis statement and everything haha. 🤟🏼🕸❤️ I also know how difficult/time consuming writing, organizing and editing videos like this can be... so I’m always impressed and excited to come across truly great ones! Awesome job. This appeared in my recommendations, so I think the algorithm has blessed you! Well deserved. I totally agree. There is no “perfect” live action Spider-Man, there is only your personal favorite interpretation of Spider-Man and what’s “perfect” to you. 🙏🏼 This is why having different iterations is a great thing and the toxic fandom infighting has gotta stop lol. Healthy “arguments” and discussion is fun, as we all have our own opinions, but a lot of fans take it too far way too

Very introspective and well researched. Helped me look at Holland's arc in Homecoming and FFH in a new light, even if he's not my favorite Great job!

The humour in this video is so subtle and absolutely hilarious, +1 nice vid 👍
  • I feel like with the role of Spider-man you could take the lesson from into the spider-verse of "Anyone can wear the mask" quite literally here. Toby, Andrew, and now Tom have all wore the mask and given us different spidey's. The thing is each on portray Spidey differently. For example: Toby was better at his more Nerdy side, Andrew could whip out one liners like a boss, and despite Tom's version being able to do both I felt like his version focused more on his family and friends and how much he cared for them. I think it's kinda neat when you think about it.
  • I just cant find myself enjoying any other Spider-Man movie other than the ones in the Raimi trilogy. No Way Home was amazing, but Im still watching the Raimi trilogy till this day and just feel way more excitement and goosebumps watching those movies. I saw No Way Home on the 16tb and after gerting home i just immediately popped in Spider-Man 1 2002

I love that Morgan Freeman played a cop on the electric company Spider-Man show it's really seeing clips of him talking to Spider-Man on that show
  • @Dammitimmad
This video needs to be recommended to everyone. So well put together.
  • @LukeLovesRose
Spider-Man 2 is pretty close. His suit in that movie is damn near perfect as well
  • @Looneyboy
I felt this deep down inside. Can’t wait to watch this video. Much love and support!
  • It's an amazingly done video. I've learned a lot if things off the history of the character in live action pre-Sam Riami. Also, you have highlighted the best of the three Spidermen and what their creators wanted to portray. Such a love letter to the character 💯🕷️

A very beautiful and well thought-out Spider-Man essay video. I loved how you define the three Spider-Men, although Tobey Maguire is still my favorite interpretation as Peter Parker/Spider-Man.
