Chengi delivers. I enjoy not only using his magnum opus character, Sakura, but this is by far his best track when it comes to time trials. The only thing that could make this track my favorite above all is putting the BGM for the submarine stage of Sparkster (Super Nintendo).

Some people say this track has issues in netplay, but I can't atest for this, since the game is very client-sided and the delay input when I join a server is real.
