I’ll be honest, Caitlin is the reason why I follow women’s basketball and the University of Iowa. My son also lives in Iowa City and attends the university.

He's obviously a great guy who helps her remain in balance. Caitlyn has had a great role model and I'm sure her mother is much the same. Gotta love those Midwesterners!
  • Obviously, this mother and this father did a lot of things very right raising this superstar. His social media advice is spot on! Keep up the good work

She also stood for the national anthem unlike her competition who chose to go against the United States of America. Go Catlin
  • Her dad is exactly right half the people are going to love to watch your play and wish you the very best. And the other half are going to bellyache and complain. Those are the ones she will have to completely ignore. Fortunately, being from Iowa, I am one of the half that loves to watch her play so good work ,nice family , good luck. 👍

Staying away from social media is golden advice. Be private. Let people guess. Endorsements will follow her court achievements. People compare her to Bird. That’s wise. Now follow Bird’s example in his personal life. Stay out of social media and the drama. Long career if she’ll follow that recipe.

She is a GREAT basketball player.. I want to see more of her in the NCAA,WNBA, and the Olympics.. We will witness more history in the years to come.

The first time I saw her play was on the U19 USA FIBA team in 2019 and realized that, even with limited playing time, she was a special talent. But in no way did I predict she'd be this good. That she seems equally well-rounded and grounded in facing the pressure of expectations and fame makes me love her even more. I hope she stays healthy and plays for decades. I'd really enjoy seeing her anchor the Women's USA Olympic and World Cup teams in the coming years. GO CAITLIN!

She is an amazing and generational talent. She has the basketball IQ of Larry Bird, the court vision of Magic Johnson, the long range accuracy of Steph Curry, the Mamba Mentality of Kobe, and the clutch DNA of Michael Jordan, a perfect mix of the greats rolled in one person.....but with a ponytail. I for one will be following her career with great pleasure
