nobody could understand the strategy - buy in extremely high price , then sell in extremely low price to their own LLC ; now filing for bankrupcy . There is a strategy - steal initial investor money in fees who brought the properties in high price ; high price , more fees ; money already changed hands ; also tax break , showing loss on investment . Typical financial fraud.

Homes should not be used as income for the investor class. Sotheby's is buying up the rest of Napa & Sonoma.

Why doesnt the state put nondeductible taxes to investment companies who buy multiple properties within 30 to 50 mile radius?

Napa county is controlled by 3 companies like wcommerial and strong and Hyden and goldwellbanker They collaborate to rig commercial leases and values and Napa could have the same situation that’s why I reached out to federal trade commission to investigate 🔬. Hopefully the feds step in before it’s too late

Ok, how much stock does Newsom have in the company?
  • Must’ve been great for the original seller of the property. Maybe was money laundering scheme that went south.

That lady is nuts, why would there be a dive in the economy? She must be a realtor.

Hopefully the man is imprisoned for his fraud

They were bought over priced.. when they sell, the price will be what it’s actually worth. No one is losing money except corrupt property taxes

What does what was done accomplish? << That is the question. It kills off towns. So, killing off the city of Sonoma might be, and might as well be , the reason this was done. "What about profit?" Of course, even a debacle like this can be profitable somewhere down the road or in (political) 'soft power' for some body. The first step is not to sell to agencies, brokers, or go-betweens. Especially for overly-swell prices that are too are too 'good' to be truly good.
