Whenever pewds disses Norway it reminds me of the time my Swedish grandmother did a DNA heritage test and found out she was 1.3% Norwegian and cried.

Fun fact: the reason alot of the swedish building are red, is because the leftovers from copper mining was red dust which was super cheap and there where a big supply, they then made it into paint.
  • 4:27 Yoooooo is that the Faluröd stuga? Brings back memories to when butter and electricity bills were cheap

Im tryin to learn more about Sweden. I learned a couple years ago that my great great grandfather was Swedish (Sven Vikter was his name), and I been studyin ancient Scandinavia ever since. This vid makes learning even more fun 👍 🇸🇪

Fun fact: during the many wars Sweden fought with Denmark. The Dutch supplied both sides with weaponry

I have a Swedish friend and at the time, I had no idea that Scandinavian counties had this love hate relationships with each other. So I did AncestryDNA, got 15 percent Norwegian and jokingly said to my Swedish friend, “I’m basically the same as you!” … I have never seen someone so offended by a comment in their life.

felix should start a new series called "the history of . . . is weird" and it's exactly in this format. he could literally do it on anything.

We have whole trilogy about Swedish Deluge here in Poland, and it's pretty cool.

As a Swede I harbor the same love for my own country as I do for my neighboring countries in the Nordic.

I have a Swedish friend, when she found out she was part Norwegian she was almost in tears of shame. I honestly find this very funny considering the relationship between the Scandinavian countries.

Fun fact: The legs you see on the painting of Gustav Vasa isn't actually his own legs, they actually belong to a soldier he thought looked nicer than his, so they basically Photoshoped it onto the painting.

In the scandinavian countries we have a rich tradition of talking shit about each other. We have been fighting each other alot. For example the two countries that have declared war on each other the most in history is sweden and denmark. While we don’t fight anymore the jokes have been so ingrained in our cultures that they live on but are now most said jokingly and with no ill intent, just like how friends might say mean things to each other but each friend knows they are not being serious and are merely teasing.
