John is worried that America would forget the harsh lessons of the Coronavirus pandemic. I mean he should be, his entire show is about exposing how people forget the harsh lessons of literally everything.

I prefer no audience for most late night shows, but Last Week Tonight especially. The audience laughter lessens the impact of John Oliver's delivery imo

Most people don't realize how truly funny that "maybe if Lorne stumbled onto this show" joke really is. Lorne can literally stumble onto Seth's set. Their studios are next to each other
