The part I like the most is where he actually scraped all the brownie batter out of the bowl. I hate when chefs just pour and leave half the batter in the damn bowl.
  • FUDGY BROWNIE: 95g flour  170g chocolate 3 eggs 113g butter 25g cocoa powder 300g sugar :)
  • For English people (I mean the rest of the world, sorry!) 170g of dark chocolate 🍫 (113g for Cakey) 113g of butter (56g for Cakey) 200g of sugar (people said 200g tastes good but apparently I messed up it’s more like 300g) 3 eggs 🥚 32g of cocoa powder A pinch of salt 80g of flour (198g for Cakey) Put oven to 180C 👍🏻

There are people who prefer cakey brownies? I always thought those were made by accident.

Love your recipes, you are very clear and precise when it comes to explaining the recipes. The great of all is that you keep your recipes very short, keep it up . Thumbs up for that.

If I'm in the mood for a brownie, I fully expect it to be fudgy. If I wanted chocolate cake, I'd just get chocolate cake. But that's not what a brownie is supposed to be.

Let the brownie cool before cutting? While you can already smell the chocolaty, yummy brownie? No way! Just impossible!
  • @bilalgreen
I'm always fascinated with Americans unit measurement system, counting with sticks and cups and fingers and feet :) Are we supposed to all have the same foot and cup size !?

  • I have baked more since the corona virus than I have in the past 20 years. Nothing says love more than oven baking smells! I got out my old pans, organized my baking tools, and then dove right in. Baking is fun and everyone loves to taste your work. Keep on baking with Love!
