The anime is “Tower of God” which is based on the webtoon by the same name. The webtoon almost has 600 chapters and yes the art does improve compared to the start 😅

For starters, that girl isn't his girlfriend it's more like he admires her so much like a savior to the point he wants to give her everything. Anyway, the WHOLE PLOT IS AMAZING, although the art got better guys and gals trust me it gets better to the point you sweat while reading fast.
