    listen up shifters. the universe does NOT care if you have a whole, 13 step or even 2 step routine before shifting. the universe also doesn't care if you believe in shifting entirely, because you will shift eventually anyways. you don't need a method or you don't need to visualize, just focus on where you want to go and you will. you dont need to over complicate shifting if you don't want to, people have been doing this for years before it even became a trend and have still shifted. <3

    1. Get into a comfy position 2. Put subliminals in the background ( you don't have to do this if you don't want to) 3. Start saying "in the count of 3 i will shift" ( can be in your head or can say it out loud) until you believe it fully 4. Count down to 3 5. Start saying affs Boom! You shifted What are affs/ affirmations basically the things u tell yourself and it will become true if u believe them example : i am happy

  • step 1: get into a comfortable position step 2: play some subliminals (optional) step 3: say “on the count of three, I will shift to my dr/wr) with the intention of shifting and believing you can shift step 4: count to 3 step 5: after counting each number, say affirmations (ex. I will shift, I am shifting, I will shift to my dr/wr) step 6: keep saying affirmations till you get symptoms step 7: either fall asleep whilst doing so or open your eyes when you smell/hear/ feel like ur in ur dr/wr!

    Random thing If you say “Shifting isn’t real!” “It’s just lucid dreaming” Actually there are awake methods to shift Lucid dreaming is DREAMING And you cannot lucid dream if you are awake They are 2 different things (Do not reply if you are a anti shifter)

    IT WORKS I SHIFTED but then I woke up in my dr and went on tiktok and started watching TikTok’s and then I wasn’t fully aware I had shifted so I opened my eyes and woke up

    i’m gonna try this method tonight and i’ll let y’all know how it goes! i’m gonna try and use this to shift to a waiting room instead of my dr bcs i haven’t shifted before so i don’t wanna overwhelm myself. 10/10 would recommend this to baby shifters who haven’t shifted yet :) edit: i think i was too tired last night so my mind kept wandering off, i did dream about my dr tho 😎 im gonna try again tonight but i’ll make sure i gts earlier 💀

    I made my own method! Haven't shifted with it yet but felt many symptoms. I decided to call it "The 26 Letter method" because it involves the Alphabet. Steps: 1. Get in a comfortable space and lay in a comfortable spot (Subliminals are suggested but never required) 2. Take a few deep breaths until you feel relaxed (close your eyes) 3. On your stomach use a finger and begin to one at a time write the Alphabet and say an aff (EX: A: I am shifting B: I can shift C:I am in my DR) Make sure you're tracing the letters on your stomach 4. Once you've finished that say things about your DR and your DR self until you feel as if you're spinning (sometimes this takes a while, sometimes not) 5. Welcome home!
