the fact that some one like will is actually struggling doing these workouts shows that its not just a ''fat camp'' but a real legit fitness camp
  • @camc8923
I wouldn't call that a Fat camp, That is 100% legit learning to take control of your life camp

ā€œI actually felt you like inside meā€ is an out of pocket statement

This video made me get up and workout. I'm finally making the change. I make my bed every morning, I brush my teeth twice a day, I've been eating healthy since the start of 2024 (the most amount of consecutive days I've ever gone eating good food my entire life) and I'm starting to workout and shower daily. For some it may sound pathetic but I never had motivation until now. I'm feeling happier already and I can't wait to keep going. Thanks for the spurt of motivation! Update: thank you to everyone supporting me in my replies. For those of you who may care I haven't given up. I genuinely feel that this is a lifestyle change and I don't see myself stopping. I'm a 5'6 18 year old female and I was 217lbs January 1st. It's now April 1st and I am 195.6lbs Still struggling with self confidence, lack of motivation, and a lot of self doubt. I still workout everyday but most days it's tough because I genuinely really dislike working out. Going for lots of walks has been working better for me. June edit: I'm hitting a wall. Any advice for getting back into things? May was a guilty bad month of eating bad and not working out. Now I feel like shit

The camera person never dies šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ they did the walk with you backwards sideways forwards dang heā€™s 10x as athletic as the normal human being
  • @Joe-wt6eh
If Will is 9.28% bodyfat then I am like -9.28% bodyfat
  • @duckling8045
I saw the Korean version, where they get like 500 cals a day and have to do cardio for like 8 hours a day (someone died). This camp is actually legit and I love how scientific and precise they are, even looking into often-overlooked issues like thyroid and GOI problems.

Iā€™m not obese and never have been overweight, but hiking helped me overcome drug addiction and gave me a path to a new hobby - backpacking. Hard to relapse when youā€™re a 2 day hike from your car šŸ˜‚ actually gave me the idea to start a rehab where after the intitial detox (which can physically be hell), we do small trips to build endurance and teach the participants things about backpacking - ultimately leading to the larger goal of a week - couple week outing. The symbolic nature of literally walking a path to reach a goal is something that inspired me a lot and that Iā€™ve carried into other areas of my life.

Will, the type of guy who goes to Fat camp at 9% bodyfat šŸ˜‚
  • @MamaTenny
I love how Will remembered everyoneā€™s name and was so interested and focused on them when they had something to say. He doesnā€™t just hear, he listens.
  • @tideltas
I really liked the stories from the other campgoers. It'd be easy to lose focus as just another fitness influencer stunt, but getting to see other people's motivation and effort was really inspiring. Reminds you that it's a fitness journey that we're all on together.

I appreciate the base level of respect at that facility for everyone regardless of which personal hurdles theyā€™re trying to get over.
  • I love that your videos are very fitness orientated, but at the same time you donā€™t have to know or like fitness educational videos to enjoy the content
  • @itsmooch
"You deserve it" is so powerful. Not everyone believes they deserve health
  • @ApplesOranges123
Great information. Youā€™re channel is always so watchable and creative on the really important subject of health. Much gratitude. Dan

I wish Will truly knew how motivating he is. He'll admit something that seems so doable and "easy" is difficult for him but keeps going and celebrates wholeheartly and with such kindness. Makes me double think quiting a set at the gym or not picking up that heavier weight and to get my ass out of bed even if I dont want to with every inch of my soul
  • Will is literally a fitness YouTuber and personal trainer but he is in someone elseā€™s house he never gets cocky he just lets them teach him. Respect man! Never stop learning
  • @kingnick6260
Rusty: ā€œThis is my 3rd week. Iā€™m starting to feel like a human being again.ā€ You canā€™t get any more real than that
  • @katwhy4290
I love how excited these guys helping to train you are about everything, it's infectious! You can see they love what they do!
