This is the most practical van conversion I have ever seen. You've managed to fit a toilet, shower, fridge, sink, kitchen, work/dining space, living room, and bedroom in 32 sq feet. And you got a dog?! Well done, my friend. Well done!

I'm so impressed with your van build. Girl, you had a sink, composting toilet (some people with bigger vans don't have a toilet). You used every space in the van. You and William seem very happy. Best wishes to you.

I've seen so many van conversions but I've never seen one with the couch/bed layout the way you did it. Very neat!

I must say from my perspective as a 76 year old engineer, that I’m impressed. Given your design constraints, you have an efficient layout. This is the first of your videos that I’ve seen but it looks like you performed the detail design and fabrication as well. The electrical subsystem appears sufficient. The other functions, kitchen, bed, storage, and toilet appear adequate. Initiative and emotional maturity exceed that of 95% of your peer group. Enjoy it while you can. Go girl.

Its always been a thing that when you turn 21 its time to get married, get a good job, buy a house etc etc. This van life, nomadic life is definitely becoming a thing out of neccessity for some. A life style choice for others. If I had this kind of info when I was 21, I probably would have chosen van life, at least for awhile. But that was 45 years ago. So you go girl! And your mom.

It's a cute home...a lovely canine companion...and I especially like that it's a lifestyle you, as an adult, can share with your Mother.

I have watched a thousand or more van, camper, cargo trailer and tiny home builds to get ideas for my jeep this build ranks among the best i have ever seen and to top it off it was all done with a jig saw. I am truly impressed hope to meet you on the road one day, safe travels.

You could probably find a little trailer box online second hand that wouldn't cost too much more in gas to move with you and would hold quite a bit of extra stuff! Then you could keep the stuff you use the most inside, and the extra/seasonal stuff in the lockbox.
