18:24 It's called Nom Ka Chhai or Chive Cakes. It's like Dough mixing with chive and garlic. Sweet fish sauce is a must and she added chilli sauce plus red chilli paste. That's a perfect combo. Now m getting hungry π. Can't wait to go visit my hometown this year !!

It is quite entertaining to see a foreigner enjoy our street food that much. I am sure that during filming a lot of people on the street looked at you in amaze. The guy with Honda Moto is the seller of Nhorm Lahong βpapaya saladβ and the noodle is called Num Banhchok. And the lady sells βnum Kuchhaiβ or Chive cake, my favorite street food.

At 15:00 the rice noodle dish Iβve always called it βnom ban chok tuk trehβ meaning rice noodles with fish sauce. I also love that dish I grew up eating that since childhood and still enjoy it. We have so many delish food π€€
