Reporter: “what problem does this solve?” Sacks: “I invented Yammer”

Having watched the demo of Glue I don't see anything disruptive to Slack. In fact you can already build and add AI bots into Slack channels. Threads on Glue are basically the samething as Slack channels.

Major LLM's and tech companies can make this switch relatively easily, not sure about this one Sacks

Someone correct me here if I'm wrong, but isn't this just a feature?
  • @eggshi
It looks identical UI wise to Slack

Langchain library already allows multi-LLM Chat capabilities plus general Agentic capabilities. Barrier to entry is relatively low to enter this space and the race is on with plenty of small startups are doing this already. Good luck.
  • I can't help but be interested in the topic of AI. The more I hear the more curious I become. I'm looking at a product that will replace humans because it isn't human. I find I not only understand the premise, I agree with it. Fascinating.
  • Fantastic multi-model innovation! So exciting, at least theoretically. Remains to be seen how it will evolve…

Love Sacks but Google can probably build this as a 20% project.

Another SaaS app, great. These guys can't beat a simple index fund.
