I’ve had enough of the ignorance in this comment section. You are allowed to have your own opinion, BUT be respectful. For starters, I’m not telling anyone how much to taper THEIR pants. I’m only showing the steps to take if anyone wants to do their pants the way THEY want! This video is up to the PERSON to taper any way THEY want to. Secondly, just because someone wears fitted clothing does not make them “gay” or weird. Ya’ll act as if ppl can’t like different things. Quit being so narrow-minded and judgmental. If you have a hard time understanding that, then this channel may not be for you.

I just bought jeans that were a little too long for me, and me and the cashier were talking about tapering jeans and this shows up in my recommended bruh the government is listening in 😂😂😂

For someone who is self taught I'm really impressed. Great job! I have 1 suggestion for you...always do a back stitch at the beginning and end of any sewing job. The back stitch is what's really going to lock it in so you don't have your seam coming out after a couple of washes. That's my 2 cents but I think you did a great job. Thanks for posting.

Rio I just bought me a sewing machine tonight, and decided I was going to start learning how to make clothes and how to tailor my own clothes, and possibly make some money on the side. Thank you for sharing this video. It's my first video of you. Your way of tailoring is so less complicated than what I've seen on other videos and you're a guy and not to mention, not trying to be funny you are black lol! Great tutorial, thank you. I’m glad that many of us are still using/ learning these simple money saving skills instead of just throwing out. I just started making my own pants but could not find a pattern for tapered ones, which resulted in me looking very tubby in them, “sew like the wind”!

Omg I need to to this. I’m the youngest in my family so I only get hand me downs. And my only sister likes bell bottom jeans and in my opinion I think that is just... bad. So now I can finally not get yelled at by my mom saying I’m waiting her money. I’m so excited! My mum loves to sew stuff so I can learn how to sew from her... And get a free sewing machine.😅
