Battlefield 3's Campaign story is set during the fictional "War of 2014" and covers events that occur over nine months. Most of the story takes place in the Iran–Iraq region. Other locations include the Iranian-Azerbaijani border, Paris, and New York City.

    I know this about battlefield 3 but i thought the original black ops storyline was pretty similar to this game because both characters are interrogated, both have russians as allies and both stop attacks on the U.S., hell even Black the game was kinda similar to battlefield 3

    13 years hell if we count development time in 2008-9. This game will be around 15-16 years old. What a masterpiece that aged well through time. I hope it remains that way for the foseeable future.
