I protested and no, so for donkeys years all are simply not understanding why, so come at one and offspring. It’s important in the end to walk your talk of anti violence, even if people/children only understand when you have passed.

18:40 my biggest problem with the older gen’s is the fact that they don’t keep up with the times. Mental health has recently become part of the mainstream healthcare but unfortunately I was looked upon as crazy because I chose to go to therapy and take medication when it was still taboo. Most mental disorders really only need a good therapist and maybe some temporary medication but it truly depends on how much the person wants to work hard to change certain negative behaviors or get them under control. With all that said, there’s nothing wrong with you if you think there’s something wrong with you and there’s no shame in getting some help organizing your thoughts which a therapist can help. For the people who are in denial, sad to say there’s no help for those who don’t “need” help but trust me you need it too 😅😅
