I can't believe that this is the same singer who wrote "Love Story", "All Too Well", "Cardigan", "Ready For It", and the whole "Midnights" album. What a diverse catalog she has. "Me!" is actually a fun bop. It was never meant to be overanalyzed as a deep song. She didn't mean for it to be psychoanalyzed like so many of her other songs.
