My oldest is just about to turn 4 and he has been passionately against potty training, to the point where he cries whenever we mention the potty or getting rid of his diaper. Then last week he said he didn't want to wear a diaper anymore and walked into the bathroom. I took it off and he leaned in and started weeing. Now (other than when he's sleeping) he won't have anything to do with a diaper and has used the toilet every time. He even made it through a long car ride with no issues. Kids are wild, man.

A little encouragement for parents struggling with potty training, not every kid will get it in a few days or even a few weeks. With my first, we tried 3 separate times, starting shortly after she turned 2 and the last being when she was about 4 and finally had success. The underwear in the pull up was a game changer for us. It was something I came up with independently and passed along to a lot of my friends. I'm glad other people have discovered the trick!
  • You helped me helping my baby to turn over, crawl, walk, and now we meet again for potty training, nice to see you again 😆😆😆

I’ve potty trained 4 kids. My oldest daughter is 16 years old. Now I’m trying to potty train my 2 year old twins (all the other kids were much younger when we trained) and it feels like I’m having to relearn everything! No idea how it was so easy all the other times, these girls are giving me a run for my money!

Underwear under a nappy is so smart!!! I still have about 6 months before potty training but I'm trying to educate myself before that time comes. I want to be ready when she is! I've watched your videos since before I even had my baby a year ago. From the infant reflexes to starting solids- your videos have helped me so tremendously when we reach these new milestones. I so appreciate you helping me understand my baby :)

My oldest will be 2 next month, and I'm due with another baby next month. I'm not even going to try potty training amidst the newborn stage, but I want to be prepared for when the time does come. Thank you!

You've been my guru ever since I got pregnant- from Toothbrush usage, to introducing solids, choosing high chair and now potty training! My boy was showing readiness at 15 to 18 months, "pretend" wiping himself..but we were going through alot of changes and I chickened! Now he is 26 months old- he is ready because he knows what's toilet meant for, he knows difference between blue line/yellow line and even indicates when he wets the diaper. But he refusessssss to use the toilet. Even says "I don't like it". I've tried different configurations, followed everything from all your videos but I don't know what to do now. This week we are taking a break :( Please help 🙏

I have been watching all of your videos ever since I got pregnant and my baby is now 2. Your videos have been soooo helpful and I have followed your advice to the tea. Thank you so so so much !
  • The information about poos in the potty is essential! My 3 and 1/2-year-old has been completely potty trained going by herself wiping pulling up her underwear, washing her hands except when it comes to pooping! I really buckled down and took her pull-ups. As soon as she was awake we were going to potty and right before bed she was going potty Aunt. It took us a solid 2 weeks to get her comfortable to finally go
