I hope that this vlog is helpful :) You can watch the second part where I show you how to make a shampoo bar here: https://youtu.be/nc-DkLUVieU Remember: Everyone’s hair is different that there is no one routine fit all. Study your hair and find a routine that works for your. Also Nothing good happens overnight. It could take months until you can see some results so be consistent with your routine ❤ Hairdryer: geni.us/86hairdryer Hair Donut: geni.us/hairdonut%C2%A0 Curl Band: geni.us/curlband ALSO: Please here me out ❤ It’s not my intention to offend anyone with my hair care routine. All I wanted to say is unstable, distorted self-image is a real thing and it has such a heavy impact on our mental health. I know it sounds cliché but we have to learn to love our body (even when we hate it). That was something I also struggled in the past after giving birth and my whole body changed in a way that I never expected. Maybe every day is a battle with our appearance or the bad day when we can’t stand what we see in the mirror. It doesn’t matter how good or bad we look because this could happen to anyone in the world. Like I said, distorted self-image is truly a thing, especially for young women. And while we’re doing our best to take care of our body, I just want you to know that it’s okay, that everyone deserves to be loved and accepted for who we are! Our hair, our body is our life long friend and we need a healthy relationship with them even when we’re not on the best term. Sometimes we have to take a brake from that “battle” and start focusing more on the self love, to pick ourselves up when we’re feeling low. Long hair, short hair, no hair, bad hair, good hair, gray hair… In the end they’re all a part of our identity, and while we learn to take care of it better, we have to accept it, embrace and love it. Don’t judge yourself and don’t judge other. #selflove #selfimage

Rosmary oil: simmer 5-6 rosemary twigs w/2 cups of water for 15 minutes Onion oil: simmer 2 onion with 2 cups of water for 15 minutes Let them cool before poring them into bottles Use 3 times a week (or once a day if you choose) Spray directly into roots Rib with your fingers a bit Hair gel mask: add 30 grams of flaxseed into 1 liter of water Boil for 5 minutes then simmer for 20 minutes Cool down until the liquid becomes thick like egg white Brush before washing then apply to hair and let it sit for 30-60 minutes

I didn't know a hair care routine could be this cinematic and beautiful.

My own hair growth progress and success, I followed this daily regimen: Take morning sunshine every day for vitamin D. Eat vegetables of different colours. Using paraben and fragrance free shampoo and massaging twice a week with hair oil by litttleextra cooconion. Imp. to keep in mind that hair growth is influenced by general health as well as circulation and diet.

I never thought a hair routine video could be this beautiful and relaxing. Thank you so much for making this video!

Hair is like a diary. It grows for years and its appearance is influenced by our physical & mental state and the influences around us. Kind of like the rings of trees. This gives the fact, that many people cut their hair after a life changing event, a whole new meaning.
  • Your hair is a reflection of health. Many years ago I lost all of my hair because of autoimmunity. And my eyelashes too. I had to get needles in my head to stimulate hair growth. I know it sounds crazy. I realized over time that the better my diet was, the better my hair was. Now I use rice water as a rinse and it is so soft and lovely. My hair is a beautiful shade of grey and blond. I love it. Thank you for this beautiful video. Today is hair washing day for me. ❤😊
  • "your hair is not there by mistake. It has a purpose." This quote has me in tears. As someone who has type 4a hair, it's been difficult to accept and love my hair for what it is. I've never had great relationship with my hair. I always hated how long it took to wash it. How long it took to brush it, how long it took to moisturise it. And how I my styling options were so limited because I've always been tender headed... And there are weeks where I just don't bother at all with my hair following with paying the physically painful price of detangling it... At times I felt like I was at war with my hair and I hated it and wanted to shave it all off out of frustration. I never got much help on my hair care journey as the people in my life didn't have anything remotely close to my hair type. I hope I get to truly love my hair for what it is someday. And I hope other people out there with natural hair will do so too.

Watching this video is like therapy for me. The amount of love you put in caring for your hair, your family, and creating your videos is extraordinary. Seeing the world through your lens really adds color to simple everyday things and makes me grateful and look forward to all the mundane things in life. Thank you!

  • Wow, this was the most pleasant hair care video I’ve ever watched. Beautiful!
  • @Clemix_
This video feels so calming like the way you added nature to this was beautiful. It really feels like your in a beautiful forest with music and a calming background
  • @dianateabag
Her hair is beautiful because of the care and lifestyle she has. But don’t forget that Asian heritage comes with really thick and sleek hair, so don’t feel bad if your hair doesn’t look like hers even though you do the same routine
  • @nataliedriscoll
Wow what a beautiful video and message. I’m a hairstylist that has been wanting to get my thick hair back and of course everyone keeps telling me “it comes with age”. And I strongly disagree. I will not succumb to that. I’ve been trying different natural treatments and this was the final pieces to my puzzle. Thank you thank you thank you! Your hair, daughter, cats, home, and spirit is very beautiful.
  • @puppy-bo7yo
I get so much help from this video. I am going through some downhills in life and I lost so much hair. As days went by I got more and more stressful and frustrated. You give me hope, empathy and love.
  • I felt as if I'd almost cry while watching this video. It gives me a great sense of comfort seeing someone love a part of themselves so much. I don't think I'll ever grow my hair that long for years maybe, but I look forward for when I do choose to <3
  • @chesilly
Your hair still looks beautiful even after 5 days without washing! Mine looks like it's been drowned in oil after just 12 hours 😂
  • This video really made me think. I’ve been kind of neglecting taking care of my hair since I started college, but maybe it could really help with my self esteem 💛
  • @saltymama6102
My hair used to be like yours before I had children. Fine hair texture and a lot of it, nice and thick hair. I'm going to try your method and see how it works for me. thanks for sharing ❤
