I remember when I was in high school, I went to a vocational that taught about printing on a press, graphic design, t-shirt printing, and etc. There was one time where I needed to cut something (like a piece of paper or vinyl with an box cutter. My hand was the most shakiest hand out of everyone there and I was the more artistic kid of the group. My teacher would jokingly tease with me as I tried cutting the vinyl in a straight line EVEN with a ruler. And I would still make a crocked line. I feel yah Rae! We are the shaky hand people!!

for fine lining, I've found you can do sort of what you do with sketching, in that you do little bits of the line at a time and just being sure to start from the end of the line you already did. I have really shaky hands too, and it's honestly one of the things I find most annoying about myself, but "sketching" my lineart has improved things tremendously.

Finelining tip that works for me: Make quick motions in small sections. This makes my lines much smoother, but you have to get comfortable with being able to stick closely to your sketch and being able to connect your lines together without leaving ink blobs and such.

Hands can be easy to do when you practice enough. You don’t even have to do a sketch of it and just go straight to lineart when you’ve ‘mastered’ hands. You can use references, tips and tricks, etc. It takes months or years to ‘master’ hands. You can learn the fundamentals first and then go to the icing on the cake! For any artists out there who ‘suck’ at drawings hands, you can do it!

I have a widows peak, I’ve always been insecure about it as I was bullied because ‘I was balding’ according to people at school. Thank you for including one on your character, it really boosted my feelings towards myself and hearing you say that they are cool helped a lot. Thank you! ❤️
