9:52 a phone CAN technically recognize your face still, but it doesn’t by default. It’s so people can’t steal your face while you’re sleeping, and there’s no point turning it off, unless, by chance, your face is broken. It’s extra security, and the tech industry was specifically implementing these things because of people like Junior.
