  • Yesooo... Deo on point! I interviewed an aged care nurse last week but could not pull out the video because there was no voice from them. I will book another interview with him. I think I love their aged care.

I’ve worked in Aged Care here so I know exactly what you’re talking about 🤣🤣. It’s even worse for AIN staffs. You go do factory work join cos a lot of linens, incontinence aids, towels to arrange all night 🤣
  • Thnks Deo! Cn you try another care home and let us know how it goes? Maybe it was a one off nightmare 😂 but seriously been watching you from your journey converting your license to now you are there
  • Hmm, this is an eye opener, thanks for sharing boss. Sorry you had to go through that. Now I see why Aged care advertisement is a lot on their job websites.

😂😂😂😂 youve made my day on the second home experience.
  • Worked in aged care for 2 years and I don’t think there’s much difference between agency nurse and permanent staff, the good thing about being permanent is that you know your patients so that makes it easier. The facility I worked in usually had AIN’s who were competent to give medications so incase you are busy and someone needs medications that can administer they would just call you to give the go ahead. Some facilities are very good, others too can make you cry throughout the shift .

If you don’t join an agency is that even Nurse Deo… my motivator in this industry 😂 you are shinning oo 😜😜😜😜 I’m loving that for you😚 aha Australia our beloved country making life easier… how can uk have a doctor on ground in a care home in UK😂😂😂😂 when they’re struggling to increase pay and healthcare workers are leaving the country 😂but that’s true people can be in the same country and have different experiences I can say that for sure…As for UK I’m always grateful for my journey so far… I love that you are loving your experience and flowing with the journey love that❤ HAPPY NEW YEAR LOVE💕
