Beachfront accommodations that won’t break the bank… ocean view… kitchenettes… comfy beds…. Secured parking lot… on the boardwalk… walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, farmers market… friendly staff…. Ping pong… shuffleboard… gas grill… elevator…

Hello Kim, I would love to live near the ocean, but when we have strong winds the houses along the coast. Takes the brunt of it. Very relaxing. I would be fishing every day.

I love getting a kitchen, so many more food choices when you can bring things to cook! Looks pretty nice! My next place doesn't have one but it does have a separate bedroom so thats nice.

Hello KC, do you watch RIDE 4 KICKZ. He is an American that has settled in Pattaya. The last video I saw last week of his. He was looking for a place to buy. Sometimes he goes for dinners with his girlfriend, and in the same restaurant there are a few Americans that have settled in Pattaya. There was one gentleman from the States that lived in Thailand for close to 35 years. Kim how I wish I knew somebody that could guide me to do the right thing. I rang my daughter today to wish her for Mother's Day this Sunday. She is worried that I might buy something in Koh Samui, and I said to her. You know I like Thailand very much. But the idea of me not owning a place is frightening. I was speaking to Kimberley from Sandbox videos. She and her husband Dave. Do not regret buying that house in Hua Hin. On this video I saw a couple of weeks ago. She had a party at her place. All her friends[]Americans] were having a great time swimming in her pool. I think she is from Arizona too.
