I love this Rujuta. I am a 22 year old girl and I was bullied and fat shammed as a teenager. I developed an eating disorder eventually. You have not only helped me overcome that but Iβm actually in a better shape now. I follow everything that you recommend about diet and exercise and my life is better because of you. This is something I have been scared of for a very long time.. but these pre poses to shirshasan will be helpful.. a lot of my issue is fear and the unfamiliarity with inversions.. thank you dear rujuta.. shall wait for the full transition video today..
