It’s another fine Sunday morning. I woke next to my wife of 39 years. Made my coffee and now I’m watching my calming trout & coffee video! Seems like the videos have returned to the old days more. We bought a fixer upper from 1790 and had troubles finding home owners insurance that would cover it until we found a company that specifically covers homes that are getting remodeled so they are more lenient on the issues. The company that finally covered our home is called hippo. They gave us a year to make improvements and then the still renewed us without an inspection. Good luck! And get some rest when you need it.
